I was in university IN THE UK and got a letter saying I had to report for jury duty. I told them where I was and they said it wasn't a valid excuse!

I’d rather sit in jail rather then go to jury duty ever again. They paid me four dollars to miss a days worth of work.

Never show up to jury duty unless it's sent by certified mail that you sign for. Otherwise they can't prove you got it
