For this baking recipe for a german plum cake you will need for one large or two small baking pans: 400 grams of flour (possibly more), 150 millilitres of milk, 100 grams of butter, 125 grams of sugar, a package of fresh yeast, one egg and a pinch of salt. (I used soy milk here and spelt flour, you might want to choose otherwise) The dough needs to rest for fourty minutes and then after kneading it once more and having been laid out in the pan - let it rest for another 20 minutes. Then you can lay cut plums on it and sprinkle some sugar sprinkled onto it. Now it needs to bake at 175 degrees Celsius for approximately half an hour.
