I’ve learned to mask attentiveness so well. Nod, say “mm hmm” at pauses, etc. I’ll do this on autopilot

Yup. I gotta fidget with something no matter what it is. My mom refuses so get me fidgets so I just pick on my skin which keeps me for a while.
