When I had my nose job, I had to heal without a cast due to some complications. It was crucial that I slept on my back all night, slightly elevated, without turning over. At this small angle you’re not cutting off blood flow (I get that question all the time) and you’re not putting pressure on your lower back or legs. . The goal is to keep your head, neck, and spine aligned - no chin tuck or neck craning.
