I always lock out for full ROM muscles need tob shorten and lengthen to grow optimally. lock outs strengthen the joints if I'm correct

I’m not necessarily disagreeing with you, but the knee isn’t a hinge joint so it shouldn’t be treated as such, so I recommend not completely locking
