Easy homemade mozzarella cheese!!! Making mozzarella at home is easy but without rennet it's just fake, it's not real mozzarella. Rennet gives enough strength to create a cheese with a texture like mozzarella. I tried twice without rennet but it doesn't work, it's just like ricotta cheese, not real mozzarella. so,Let's make delicious homemade mozzarella cheese at home.  1- Pour the milk in to the pot and slowly add white vinegar.  2-Heat the milk to 46 degree Celsius and once it hits 46 remove from the heat.  3- Mix the rennet with water, and then add into the pot of milk.  4-Mix well, making sure to get it all the way to the bottom of the pot. 5-Stir the milk and cover with led. Allow it to sit for 15 minutes.  6- Separate the curds from whey. Press out any excess whey with your hands. Continue pressing until all the of the whey is out of the cheese. 7-Once the ball of cheese forms and the whey is pressed out, dip the cheese back into hot water (65 to 70 degree Celsius ) and stretch it.
