Here's what I've accomplished since taking that scary leap into full time entrepreneurship back in October 2021: 1. I've taught more than 8,000 students on how to manage their money... the lazy way. 2. I've built a community of more than 2,000 Lazy Investors 3. I've helped more than 300k people learn how to improve their relationship and skills with money 4. I've been featured on media outlets like Entrepreneur, Business Insider, Yahoo Finance, CNBC, Harvard Business Review, and so many more 5. I've been invited to the White House (TWICE!) because of my work (and unfortunately had to turn them down twice too-- I better say yes next time or they'll stop inviting me!) 6. I've had three publishers reach out to me about a book deal and got two book deal offers. It hasn't been the right time for me but I KNOW I'll do a book eventually. 7. I've helped thousands of students fire their financial advisors, invest their first dollar, get paid more, and live a more financially free life. And I've brought in more than $1.4 million in revenue since then. INSANE. I remember people who told me I shouldn't quit my job. At the time, I was making a comfortable $130k at a great job that allowed me flexibility and security. I was running Clo Bare on the side and between my full time gig and Clo Bare-- I was easily working 60-70 hours a week. But I had never made more than $5k a month with Clo Bare when I decided to quit my cushy job. So a few friends told me I shouldn't do it. That I should wait until Clo Bare paid me as much as my full time gig. Or that I should just keep running it on the side to be safe. But deep down I knew I could be doing more and helping more people-- If I took Clo Bare full time. And when I asked myself if I'd regret not at least TRYING to take this risk on myself and do it? I knew the answer was a definitive YES, so... I took the leap. And I'm so glad I did. Now listen-- I'll be the first to tell you that entrepreneurship is not for everyone. It's hard and sometimes it's incredibly lonely and isolating if you don't have a community of people doing the same thing. The ups and downs in income can be jarring and learning how to manage business finances is a COMPLETELY different beast than figuring out personal finances so there's been a learning curve even for me. But at the end of the day-- I know I've stepped into my life's purpose by doing what I do now and I am so proud of myself for taking the leap. Thank you for lettting me do what I do and being part of this community. I wouldn't be here without the support of this community-- and also? Ya'll are just fucking great. Like I feel like I have the BEST community of thoughtful, supportive, funny savages. And everytime I meet a new lazy investor, I'm honored because you are all so stinking cool. So thank you for choosing me to be one of your money educators. I can't wait to keep serving up the financial education you want and need-- in a way that works for you. xxxx
