@logfitz6: if you wanna really build a good physique, be as healthy as you can, you gotta hit legs HARD they are your biggest muscles, so getting the most out of them and having some tree trunks turns you into a metabolic furnace (you can eat more because you burn more!) one super helpful idea that @theflexibull talks heavily about (and the “mainstream” fitness industry does NOT) is to push your knees FORWARD in the squat we are squatting, not hinging. USE YOUR LEGS! additionally, as men we are far too comfortable in modern society. We need to simulate hardship in as many ways as possible and heavy loads being pushed around does that - as @warpath55strength would tell me growing up, “GET ON THE WARPATH!” Hopefully this is helpful to you as you look to go get AFTER it!
