Cherry Brownie & cheesecake🍒 Ingredients: 3 eggs (room temperature) 150g sugar 1 tbs cacao powder 250g dark chocolate 200g butter 100g all purpose flour 1/3 ts salt 100g frozen cherries 150g cream cheese 1 tbs starch 100ml heavy cream Mix all together & that’s all. In a big bowl mix 3 eggs with sugar using hand or stand mixer until white puffy mixture. Add cacao powder and mix carefully with a whisk. In a saucepan add chopped dark chocolate and butter. Heat on low until dissolved and let it cool 5-10 minutes. Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs, add flour and salt and mix carefully with a spatula until smooth and incorporated. Pour the batter into the baking dish. Add your cheesecake filling and frozen cherries on top. Bake in the preheated to 175C oven 30-35 minutes. Or 35-40 minutes if your baking dish is big enough and the batter is more than 2cm in height.
