Coconut curry salmon 🥥 🐟 full recipe in the caption below ⬇️ Ingredients 6 oz salmon filet from @Rastelli's Salt and pepper to season Neutral oil to sear Sauce- 1 shallot minced or 1/8 red onion minced 2 cloves garlic minced 1/2 teaspoon fresh minced ginger 1/8 teaspoon red chili flakes, Calabrese pepper or chili crunch 1/3 cup red Thai curry sauce or 2 tablespoons of red Thai curry paste 7 oz coconut milk 1/2 teaspoon cilantro fresh Juice of half a lime Tips- if you want to add more sweetness add in a teaspoon of honey. If you want a sauce that is more thin, add in water. A couple tabelspoons. Pat dry salmon filets with paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a pan on to medium high heat with neutral oil. Sear salmon 60-90 seconds on each side. Remove from heat and turn the pan to medium low heat. Add in shallots cooking for 1-2 minutes until translucent. Add in garlic and red chili product of your choice. Cook for additional 30 seconds. Add in red curry paste or sauce. And allow to cook for a minute. Add in coconut milk, your salmon and baste. You can cover this with a lid if you prefer and cook for 3-4 minutes until your desired preference.
