As a tattoo artist, I think people fill them to look like that for views. Bc I have never had or seen a client with that much plasma/blood underneath.

yes, if there is bacteria in there, it can infect your tattoo. but the tattoo is supposed to be cleaned really well before applying the adhesive. plasma and blood are sterile and don't cause an infect

Yes they should be kept on for 24 hours removed cleaned dried and a new one applied for 3-5 days

Every time I’ve had saniderm, they told me leave it on for at least a week but I’ve never left it more than a day cause it starts coming off my skin
