Cooking for my family ♥️ My most requested recipe. I know I’ve made these 97 times in the last year! 📌This is definitely one you should try!📌 Recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: •	1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tails intact •	1 cup lump crab meat •	1 cup breadcrumbs •	1/4 cup mayonnaise •	2 tablespoons Dijon mustard •	1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce •	2 tablespoons lemon juice •	1 teaspoon smoked pepper •	1 teaspoon paprika •	1 teaspoon lemon pepper •	1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning •	2 tablespoons melted butter •	1 tablespoon Cowboy Butter seasoning (from Kinders) •	Chopped parsley for garnish Directions: 1.	Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2.	In a small bowl, mix together smoked pepper, paprika, lemon pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Season each shrimp generously with this mixture. 3.	Butterfly each jumbo shrimp by slicing along the back, making sure not to cut all the way through. 4.	Lay the seasoned shrimp flat in a skillet or baking dish. 5.	In a mixing bowl, combine lump crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Tabasco sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well until fully combined. 6.	Spoon a generous amount of the crab stuffing onto each seasoned shrimp, pressing it gently to adhere. 7.	In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Cowboy Butter seasoning until well combined. 8.	Drizzle the Cowboy Butter seasoning mixture over the stuffed shrimp. 9.	Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown and crispy on top. 10.	Once baked, remove from the oven and squeeze a little more lemon juice over the top. 11.	Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
