OVERNIGHT OATS TWO WAYS 🍫🍓 The perfect breakfast meal prep. You can choose from either blended or regular overnight oats and see which one you like best! The blended oats have a lovely creamy texture but I’m still always a fan of the classic overnight oat taste too. Save this for later! Each oats serves 1. Blended chocolate peanut butter overnight oats: •405 kcals •32g PRO, 35g CHO, 14g FAT Ingredients: -40g of oats -10g of chia seeds -15g of chocolate protein powder -Toffee flavor drops or sweetener of choice -100ml of unsweetened almond milk -100g of 0% non fat Greek yoghurt (80g to blend, 20g for the top) -10g of peanut butter melted -5g of dark chocolate -Handful of strawberries Method: 1. Blend the oats, protein powder, almond milk, sweetener and 80g of yoghurt. 2. Top with 20g of yoghurt, peanut butter and strawberries. 3. Leave in the fridge overnight. Raspberry Biscoff overnight oats: •335 kcals •18g PRO, 39g CHO, 11g FAT Ingredients: -40g of oats -10g of chia seeds -150ml of unsweetened almond milk -100g of 0% non fat Greek yoghurt -Toffee flavor drops or sweetener of choice -10g of biscoff spread melted -Handful of raspberries Method: 1. Mix the oats, chia seeds, yoghurt, milk and sweetener. 2. Top with melted biscoff and raspberries. 3. Leave in the fridge overnight.
