@sooziethefoodie: I literally cannot wait to show you all one of my favorite seafoods of all times razor clams! I was so excited when I found these in the store today. They have a much more sweet and succulent flavor versus regular clams plus the texture is much more tender. I soak them in salted water for 30 minutes before washing them again and drying them off. Then cooking in a pan with ghee for 3 minutes (or until the shell opens). My favorite sauce to make lately has been caramelizing garlic with different sweet vinegars and salted butter. It’s super easy to do all you have to do is put the garlic butter and vinegar and all at the same time today I used sherry vinegar. As the garlic cooks with the butter and vinegar it literally caramelizes and gets the best sweet salty flavor 😍 of course I had to top these with chives and the red jalapeño salt I made a few weeks ago 🫶🏻 #razorclams #clamtok #seafood
