Another one I heard was "You must be so proud of yourself". Putting the emphasis on self validation rather than the external of "I'm so proud of you"

as someone who wasn't praised alot as a kid I find myself seeking out praise and people pleasing as an adult. I think a good mix of both would help.🥰
