I always say it's instinct for baby but it's not necessarily intuitive for mom if she's not familiar with the process thru culture already.

Yeah I had to exclusively pump the first 11wks but then baby finally got the hang of it and now baby is 6m and ebf! He has a lip tie that wasn’t found

I love this!! I gave up on nursing and went to exclusively pumping even tho I wanted to nurse so bad because I thought we weren’t able to.

I thought it would come naturally but it did not for me and my babe! it took us about 3 LC visits to perfect BF. 18 months strong now!
