I definitely DID have them called when I thought I was having a heart attack in First Watch 🤦🏼♀️HR went to 143 then down to 55 & I passed out

Not being able to take a deep breath really scares me, sometimes I think if it is asthma and not anxiety and I don’t know how to tell the difference.
