I pit my hamster ball in its cage on a stand with a door it can come out of, so he goes in when he wants to. he loves it!!😁🥰

my hamster isn't much of a runner, and I keep him on carpet to make him slow if he does run so he won't get out of control easily. I also don't keep him in for long is that fine?
