Omg citrus KILLS me! Also coffee and alcohol aren’t great to me either! So drink tons to water and also try Uqora. It’s helped me

SAME! if you drink a ton of water it usually dilutes anything that’s acidic! Also same with the doctor issues, my doctor kept prescribing UTI medicine
