it's the same everywhere. except for Illinois, they made a law where warranty times are illegal and techs get straight time on every job

I blame the engineers and car manufacturers keeping cost down for more profit 😞 because they want you to buy a new car instead of fixing it

the issue isn't technician a shortage. The issue is you shouldn't be changing that evaporator!

When I do that job I tell the customer to not stop by until I’m done.Once a lady came by and almost had a heart attack when she saw her car lol
