I love it with hot water and lemon 🍋 and a little bit of black pepper, Cayenne pepper and cinnamon. I drink it in the morning or before bed time. I feel amazing!!

Will the lemon damage my teeth I've heard it does so to rinse mouth after? I've started lemon water last few days but use a straw to prevent as much lemon from staying on my teeth and gums. I will definitely add the turmeric and black pepper to activate it even more
