It’s an abolosute mess everywhere. Some US consulates are bypassing interviews and you mail your passport in if you have had a previous visa.

The visa system is an exclusionary practice. American visas in arrival should be revoked and it will end overnight. The US is overrated, go elsewhere.

Jamaican here. You can get a visa appointment for this year. When you apply it will say booked until 2024 but they open up slots every few days
