NTA. Neighbor needs to be a responsible pet owner and a good neighbor. IDK how many times my kids have picked up 💩 in our yard from others’ pets.

NTA - I’m a lifelong cat owner. If it’s your pet, keep it indoors. Cats will absolutely tear up plants/gardens.

NTA my indoor cat destroys any plants I have inside including flowers in vases. I would have called to, outdoor cats are so bad for wildlife

I’ve had cats knock over flower pots that they decided to use as a litter box. Also dig up my newly put in flower beds to use as their litter box.

Our cat is indoor and we’ve taught him and three before him to not come in the kitchen and stay off the counters. WASN’T EASY! Outdoor cats NO! 😂
