My stress test. had me run on a treadmill until my heart reached a certain rate. If like me, you can't run that long, they use a med to up your heart

They made me run on a treadmill for like 10 minutes. Which was horrible for me 😅 hoping it’s not as bad for you 😊 good luck and prayers!

Suggest the 6 week training for scuba. The more training you have the less stress you will have.

There are different types of stress tests. Some involve a medication and 1 is a regular stress test with a treadmill.
