yep work for a US company remote in the UK and my wage is soo much more than a UK wage. US companies pay more for talent than UK ones do

It's pound/dollar difference. It used to be almost 2:1 but then the pound value dropped, never regained it's strength but salaries stayed the same

I was paid FAR better in the USA. That’s with Tax and the health insurance… worked out better in the US. I find cost of living more expensive here.
