Just cut the stems down about 2-3 inches! It will bring the floof closer together and make it fuller!

Seeing through it makes it look like a dandelion! For the helmet, instead of putting fluff on it, try balling up the floral tape and gluing that on 1/

Cover the “eyebrow” holes with paper tape and paint over it. Paint the ends of the sticks brown or to match the helmet color and it will look fuller
