Try removing the stem, turning the pepper upside down, then cutting along the divisions, but stopping at the stem!

Cut the top, cut the bottom. Pull the stem from top.The use method 2 and barrel it. 0 waste using the top and bottom rough chop and julienne the round

I use to just press in at the top of the stem until I heard it pop then just rip it in half lol
