@beverleycheng: JOIN ME FOR A DELOAD WEEK! I tweaked my neck a few weeks ago and found that my training was aggravating it. So I decided it was a PERFECT time for a deload week. 👉🏼 A deload week is when you greatly reduce the intensity and volume of your training, but still get in consistent exercise. I focussed mostly on glutes and hip strengthening, stability and core work, and low intensity cardio (I avoided most upper body movements due to my neck). #fyp #FitTok #GymTok #gymmotivation #deloadweek
