Stephanie’s, there’s a Chinese restaurant in SD that makes salt n pepper wings that is so good people who knows about them calls them crack chicken. Next time you’re in SD, you should seek them out.

I wish more people experimented more with rice flour, potato starch, and tapioca starch for their wings. It’s so much better than regular flour.
