Needed an estrogen blocker to address mine. Severe swelling of several cup sizes every cycle, suffered a decade plus and tried every dietary / supplement combo. Estrogen receptive cancers in family.

Mine get super sore a few weeks before my cycle. I drink one cup of coffee a day but I will try and be mindful of sugar to see if that helps.
