I don’t have an issue with snakes but it is the landlords job to maintain buildings. So it is his problem, and an unsecured door is a huge issue.

I took a Mason jar full of live spiders to my leasing office, that said I didn't have a spider problem, and did the same thing. The jar was 3/4 full.
