Im a night owl, go to sleep between 11:30-3 am just depending… but always wake up around 4-4:30. Id actually love to get up around that time but half the time ive only just gone to sleep around 1

The delayed sleep phase is kind of like jet lag and may be because of delayed melatonin production in the brain.
