@paulsaladinomd2: Oat, Almond, Cashew, Soy, conventional milk or raw milk? Oats. almonds and cashews are grains/nuts = seeds… All seeds contain defense chemicals to dissuade you and other animals from over consuming them… Oats contain phytic acid, a substance that prevents absorption of minerals in the gut… In the case of almonds, oxalates are a major issue and have been linked to urinary tract issues in kids… Cashews contain digestive enzyme inhibitors that will mess with your digestion… Soy is a particularly bad choice, and is known to contain compounds (genistein) that lower testosterone and fertility in males… yes, you read that correctly! Cow’s milk is much more nutritious than plant milks (calcium, odd chain fatty acids, stearic acid, phytanic acid, riboflavin etc.), but sourcing is variable and the quality will be vastly different depending what the cows are fed… Some people also have autoimmune issues triggered by pasteurized, homogenized milk… Raw milk is by far the best option of all of these milks, especially when the cows are fed only grass. Studies suggest that drinking raw milk during childhood is associated with decreased rates of asthma, allergies, and eczema later in life… This is likely due to the beneficial bacteria in raw milk that are preserved when it remains unpasteurized… If you can’t find raw milk where you are, look for a grass fed, lightly pasteurized cow’s or goat’s milk… If you don’t tolerate animal milks due to lactose intolerance, try fermenting them into kefir or look for a good yogurt. What else do I think you should eat to thrive? Organs, meat, fruit, honey, and raw dairy #animalbased Welcome#animalbasedmbering

No dairy cow is strictly grass fed. They eat TMR (totally mixed rations). Depending what part of the country you are in the ingredients differ.

I love your page. Thanks CMD! Lots of doctors say cows milk is only for baby bovine… I’m conflicted on whether or not to drink it.
