I have one, personally it didn’t help me 🤷🏼♀️BUT I like turning it all the way up during cloudy/rainy days because those make me sluggish

Do NOT use the birds alarm unless you want to train yourself to get woken up by real birds all the time. Learnt the hard way 😭

I’ve had one for years and I can’t speak highly enough about it!! I wake up at 4:30 for work and it makes it 100x easier to get up that early

I actually had smart bulbs I got for stupid cheap (pawn shop) and was able to program one to do the same thing as the alarm clock. I miss it

I find it doesn't wake me up on it own so I set a second alarm on my phone but waking up in a light room helps me soooo much

Know I’m a little later but I found the Lumie lights/alarms to be way more effective. They’re medically certified in the UK unlike the Phillips one!

Xiaomi has a smart lamp that could work for this, it does other things but you can set it up to mimic sunrise

Might be a tad expensive but I use Philips Hue lights in every light source. Helps with a lot, like turning everything off when I leave home! Saves ⚡️
