you can buy used cars off of Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist for pretty cheap too (recommended to bring a friend who knows about cars)

Make sure you research the reliability of the car too, something like a Toyota will run much cheaper than something like a Nissan or Kia over its life

look for a Honda or Toyota that is 5-10 years old. they last forever and the maintenance is decently cheap. just remember to CHANGE THE OIL. 🥰
