ok! but now use red potatoes, keep the skin on, lots of garlic cloves, s+p, parm cheese, milk, butter, Greek yogurt.

My hack: sour cream makes literally any cake or muffin recipe better by a mile. Some enzyme, miracle texture. 14%

I use way more than 2 cloves of garlic lol for that many potatoes I would've added 8 or so, and I mash them into the potatoes 🥰 its delicious

I keep the garlic in. add a dollop of sour cream if I have it. if I don't have milk -- I'll use a stock. preferably chicken instead for mashed potatoe

cook your corn on the cob in the microwave 4mins. cut end off and slide the outer leavers off from husk end. husk comes off easily

I warm cream, butter, salt, pepper, parsley and minced garlic and then add it to potatoes. Mash it all together.

if you add in the peeled garlic into the mash as it's boiling it gets soft and mashes with the mash
