Kubbet timman Ingredients:  - 1 large onion - Small bunch of parsley - one KG mince beef - 2 cups @canarybasmati  - 1 potato - Salt & pepper - 1 tsp seven spice - 1 tsp cinnamon powder - 1 tsp cardamom powder - 2 tsps turmeric - 2 tbsps cornstarch - start by soaking 2 cups of washed @canarybasmati with a chopped peeled potato for at least two hours. - Finely dice an onion and added to a pan with the mince. Let the feeling cool completely. - Add the rice with the potato to a pot with 3 cups of water. Add the salt, pepper, the turmeric, and the cornstarch.  - boil it on medium heat covered for about 10 minutes. When you see the water has almost been absorbed by the rice. Blended with a hand blender to make the mashing process easier. Then cover once again drop the heat to the lowest and let it cook for 15 minutes. - mash the rice with a potato masher and make sure that you take your time as you want a really smooth fine dough. - wet your hands. Take a small chunk of the dough make a hole in the middle using your thumb at the filling wrap the door around it please the door in your palm and press gently on it with your other hand while rotating it. - You can freeze the kubbeh for up to three months just make sure to initially freeze them individually so they don’t stick to each other. - Deep fry the kubbeh medium high heat for about five minutes and flip them halfway through.
