Try Manuka honey, the higher the factor the stronger and more potent it is, make sure you get it from the health food shop.

Eddie, just make sure the honey is raw and unpasteurised. Because if it isn’t it won’t have the yeast needed to assist with healing your wound. 😁

Honey is amazing for wounds but try to avoid new wet wounds. Works a brilliantly though as it has natural bacteria eating properties. Get well soon
