Ok but then what is it? because if I call it 'not a disability' my son will not get the help he needs. (speech therapy, IED, school aids, etc)

My daughter definitely is vaccine-injured and got Mercury Poisoning from her vaccines as an infant (two different labs confirmed) from Thimerosal. The neurological damage caused her Autism.
