Mine did the same. BT response was poor. They exchanged the first one but the second one did the same within 2months!

I’ve had 2 BT 6000 monitors (for both kids) I’ve never had an issue. We like it because we can use 1 screen for the 2 kids xx

my son is 10 months and we are on the second one. ours will just randomly disconnect and we have to go and turn the camera on and off every time!!

I’ve had the bt4000 for the last 2 years and haven’t had a problem, I’ve heard from others that are very hit and miss, we must have been lucky

Whatever you do, don’t buy Victure baby monitors from Amazon! Ours was hacked, had a guy talking through it, luckily I was in the room!

Ours was the same. Absolute nightmare when my daughter is epileptic. We now use the bt camera with a tablet. Camera keeps disconnecting. It’s awful.🥰

I got the Motorola one from Argos about £50 4 years ago for my first and now reusing it. It doesn’t hold a charge but still works def recommend

I have a Motorola non wifi one and it’s brilliant! Nearly 2.5 years old and still works so well! avoid the wifi ones they can be hacked

OMG! I’ve bought 2 in the past 2 years, and I’ve gave up. I got a cheap on from Amazon and it’s just sound, gave up with the BT ones 😂
