After I do my sinus rinse why is it when I blow my nose both of my ears make this loud noise/ Popping sound. I get dizzy and lightheaded too.

i use water bottles. we only buy the distilled/purified water and its so much easier than boiling water, then letting it cool. a lot easier to do…
