@movementbydavid: The BEST stretch for your middle splits IS the middle splits. Obviously perform it where your level is and where it’s safest for you, even if that’s 4 feet from the ground. “At the highest level, the pancake stretch is the middle splits.” @yuri_marmerstein So if you do plan on getting your middle split, it’s a good idea to train the pancake stretch as well.
