You can also cross the border freely from Canada into the US and back again on the east side of Ross Lake, North Cascades National Park, in Washington

When I went flew to Canada I just flashed my passport to the security at their airport and once they saw US they just let me in

there is a golf course that is shared in portal north dakota and north portal saskatchewan. the club house is in usa and the course is in canada.

At the top of NY the Native American reservation is in both Canada and US and you can pass pretty freely as well
