@thecarboholic: My toxic trait is that I have to walk into every Italian sandwich/provisions shop I see, but lemme tell ya, @mozz.lab is a KEEPER! 🫣 The “Porchetta” sandwich with stracciatella and caramelized onions on ciabatta bread is the way to go. The “Crudo” is also a great choice.
