I ended up recreating this and didn’t like it. Not sure if the quality of my pepper wasn’t good but the end result lacked flavor.

I didn’t have fresh garlic and cilantro, but I did use lots of pepper, cumin seasoning, and garlic paste and I loooved it!!! 🍚 ❤️👩🏾🍳
