Can confirm what I thought was rsd has settled down so much as I heal my trauma that tends to gets triggered into hyper vigilance & people pleasing.

My husband and I are ADHD, but he handles rejection very well. Soon as I bring up rejection issues....all a sudden ADHD ain't cute to him 🤔
