Check your history: If you've repeatedly circled back to the same obstacle, it might be a sign that it's time to push through, even if it feels uncomfortable. Listen to your body: Pay attention to your energy levels, your emotions, and your physical sensations. If you're feeling overwhelmed or depleted, it's likely a "rest" moment. But even when it's time to rally, it DOES NOT MEAN pushing yourself to the point of burnout. It's about finding the sweet spot, the "tolerable growth edge" that allows you to stretch without snapping. This can be a tricky practice and it’s what I work on with my clients every day.
