I do this but the demon rips my eyes open. tried to kidnap me once. another sleep paralysis was when I was forced to have my eyes open and LOUD static sounds played when everything was red. (replies)

i once had sleep paralysis (i think) and i didn't know what was happening so I kept my eyes closed and i tried to call my mom but my tounge was stuck to the top of my mouth and then i heard a knock..
