The weather change is killing me. My right arm doesn’t feel like my own the pain is unreal. I too was awake from about 2.30 for hours. Massive hugs x

i was the same last nite when i finally got to sleep at 4am i woke at 5ish with low blood sugar. type1 & fibro....they make too much £ to cure 😡

The cold weather flares it up, but I also find very hot weather does too. It's awful and hard to tell people who don't have it, what it's like.

I was told to try GABA supplements. Fibromyalgia is caused by low levels of GABA a neurotransmitter in the brain. There’s been lots of studies on it.
