gluten-free everything did it for me!!! (after steroid cream didn't work and the shots did not they were expensive and hurt and changed my skin color!)

I’ve had it since I was 8 so ~14 years. Ever since I gave up alcohol, it has cleared up more than ever. Other than that, the sun helps it clear up/the spots that are already white get faded

Hola! yo tengo un amigo k tenía Psoriasis por todo el cuerpo,mi papá k es químico farmacéutico le preparo una crema y se le desapareció todo! ahora le vuelve a salir un pekeño brote después de mucho tiempo y el se pone la crema y se le borra,y ahora hace su vida de lo más normal,ya no se estresa por eso... si vives en Perú escríbeme y mi padre puede prepararte la crema
